Quel che più ha catturato la mia attenzione durante il confinamento è stata la mutevolezza dei suoni all’interno del paesaggio sonoro; in particolare il canto degli uccelli, che (in assenza di rumori di fondo, traffico e macchine da costruzione e da giardino) aveva assunto una “tridimensionalità” rara per la città.

What mostly caught my attention during the confinement was the mutability of the sounds within the soundscape; in particular the birdsong, which (in the absence of background noise, traffic and construction and garden machinery) had taken on a rare for the city “three-dimensionality”.
